In this How To K2: Partner Edition session, members of the K2 services team, Bob Maggio and Sam Sellars, will take you through the methodology the K2 Services team uses when planning a K2 installation at a customer site. This webcast will provide insight into what K2 does as part of the infrastructure engagement, what needs to be in place before that engagement and the requirements during the engagement. This is not intended to be a deep discussion on every element that will be configured and/or product education. The goal is to share our tools and methodologies with you for you to use them for their own successful implementations. During this session we will also share several useful documents that you can use to help make your K2 infrastructure engagement.
