The K2 Solutions Professional training course teaches technical users how to build process-driven enterprise solutions using the K2 blackpearl platform. The course provides in-depth coverage of the concepts of K2 blackpearl, and offers attendees hands-on experience with the platform.
The K2 Solutions Professional consists of 9 modules spanning 5 days, and covers the following main aspects of K2 and Business Process Management:

The K2 blackpoint Fundamentals course is intended for SharePoint site collection administrators who are new to K2 blackpoint. This course is an introduction to the designers, process templates and wizards available in K2 blackpoint. Students will gain hands-on exposure K2 blackpoint functionality and will build one or more solutions.

The K2 blackpearl 101 course is intended for business analysts and developers who are new to K2 blackpearl. This course is an introduction to the designers and wizards available in K2 blackpearl.

K2 Global Services (K2 GS) is responsible for providing niche consulting around the K2 platform with the prime goal of making customers and partners successful. Customer success is measured on getting a customer to have their first process live on the K2 platform. Partner success is measured on enabling partner organizations to successfully bring their customers’ processes live on K2.
K2 GS has formulated a Customer Success Pack (CSP) to ensure that we assist our customers and partners to be successful on the K2 platform. K2 Partners may purchase additional consulting services including all or part of the CSP to supplement other K2 learning or use when the standard K2 learning does not fit into the partner’s schedule.
The Customer Success Package consists of the following phases:
This is commonly referred to as the Install, Train and Apply or ITA methodology.
INSTALL
The Install phase is made up of 40 hours of Consulting Services which consists of core and optional items.
TRAIN
The Train phase is made up of two core items and ranges between 40 and 80 hours:

The Apply phase is made up of 40 hours of Consulting Services which consists of three core items:
