If your organization is not currently listed there, please download the document below and e-mail the requested information to the address on the document. K2 will edit all submissions for grammar, style, tone and consistency. Please provide your company logo, preferably on a white background.  To maintain consistency, all logos will be resized for publication on our web site.

A great way to improve results in web searches is through increasing the number of inbound and outbound links to pages and sites. As detailed above, K2 will include links to partner web sites and we ask for partners to do the same. Please use the following guidelines when linking to K2:

 Contract Renewal Process

Contract Management is a challenging issue for most organizations. An element of contract management is contract renewal. This Contract Renewal solution showcase is a simple  SharePoint document-based workflow created using K2, and designed to show the simplicity of leveraging K2 for a collaborative document review process. Newly created contracts are subject to review and approval by the legal department.  Once the legal department is satisfied with the contract, it will be approved and the renewal date will be updated to reflect the approved date and the approval date becomes the new anniversary date for the Contract

 Customer Onboarding

The Customer Onboarding Process is a demonstration of how leveraging lists as databases in SharePoint can be enhanced using K2. In this case, the process is utilizing some extended rules handling in K2. Users can create a new Customer Onboarding Request. Once the request has been approved by the manager the Requested Credit limit will be compared to the average of other customers in the same region, if the new customer exceeds the average of the region the new customer will be deemed as a high risk customer and additional Approval by the CFO will be required.

 Leave Request Approval

Every organization needs to manage leave or vacation requests. Solutions for this need typically are not well provided by HR line of business solutions.  The Leave Request Process is a showcase of an InfoPath-based forms solution created using K2. Employees can create new Leave Requests. Each Leave Request will be sent for Manager Approval provided that the request does not result in an employee requesting more than 15 Leave days per calendar year. Once the request has been approved, the request will be tracked and added to the default Calendar,  allowing managers a single view of all their employee leave schedules. While this specific showcase is relatively simple, K2 can easily be used to manage very complex rules related to leave and in addition can easily interface with an organization’s existing HR system (eg. SAP)
