Partners have access to development and internal-use licenses for the product(s) included in the partner agreement. This software may be used in the development and testing of a partner application (something that is standard and reproducible using K2 software). In addition to development, you will be granted a license for your internal use of K2 software up to 100 users – no annual fees required.

Once you have downloaded K2 software, you will need to get a license key to use the software. There are two types of license keys available to K2 partners:
Evaluation License: This is for partners who are working with potential customers on a proof of concept. To obtain a temporary license key, log in to the K2 Partner Portal and download the K2 software. During the installation process, you will be issued a system key. Enter that system key in the field below. Upon clicking submit, your request will be submitted for review.
Partner License: This license is for a partner’s internal use and development as defined in your K2 Partner Agreement with. This license may only be requested for use by a K2 Partner. It is a violation of your K2 Partner Agreement to give this license key to anyone outside of the partner company or to use it beyond the scope of your agreement.

The K2 Partner agreement includes Silver level support for the K2 software provided to partners. For a complete description of what is included in Silver level support, please read the Technical Support and Maintenance Policies.
