Opportunity Registration offers K2 Partners financial incentives for registering incremental sales opportunities early in the sales process. For each registered, closed, K2-approved sales opportunity, partners will receive a Referral Fee from K2. This program is designed to mitigate channel conflict, fuel consistent revenue growth and reward K2 Partners for driving incremental opportunities.
All active K2 Partners are eligible to receive a Referral Fee through Opportunity Registration.* The K2 software licenses do not have to be sold by the partner registering the opportunity; however, the partner must influence the K2-purchase decision at the customer account and be awarded the specific implementation or consulting services associated with the applicable software licenses.
By pre-registering an opportunity with K2, partners will also receive support from the K2 sales team. This could include assistance with sales and technical presentation materials, marketing collateral and joint sales calls on the customer. Referral Fees are calculated on the amount of the K2 software sold and initial maintenance and support included with that software (if applicable).
